I wanted to share a few things with you today that have changed my mornings and I have two books to recommend.
After reading Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod my morning ritual has changed and I have a great start to my day. Basically, I do 5 things.
1. I meditate (pray)
2. I say affirmations out loud and journal
3. I envision my future
4. I exercise
5. I Read
How much time I spend on each depends on the time I get up lol
Two things I wholeheartedly believe: mindset is everything and one minute can change your day. There are so many things that we cannot change… and especially in the world we are living in right now, there are so many things that can get you down. But what can you change? Your mindset and how you look at a situation.

Making your bed sounds so silly but feeling that something has been accomplished is a great way to start the day. And every time I walk into the bedroom, I am so glad that I did it.
Gratitude is another amazing way to get your mindset right and focus on all of the things you get to do instead of all the things you have to do. There are so many good things every day! Focus on those and your world will be different!
And then of course – food, water and exercise. You hear me talk about these all the time… because they matter! Treat your body right and you will be rewarded with endorphins, energy, and a good day!
