Hi, I’m Rose Wright – meal planning and prepping enthusiast, and founder of Life Rosefied.

Over a decade ago, a health scare became the turning point in my journey. I set out to lose weight and reclaim my health, and in doing so, discovered a passion for helping others do the same. I started as a Beachbody coach, but soon realized my true calling was in teaching everyday people how to simplify their meals – and their lives.

As a coach, I kept hearing the same struggle: “I don’t know what to eat, how to plan it, or how to make it stick.” I had wrestled with those same questions myself, and that’s when Meal Planning Roseafied was born.

I spent years learning everything I could about nutrition, meal prep, and cooking – from expert courses to hands-on kitchen trial and error. Through it all, I developed a simple, flexible method that helped me stay consistent in the kitchen (without spending hours in it). A big part of that method? Stocking my freezer with delicious, ready-to-go meals.

Today, I teach busy women how to plan and prep meals with ease – so they can eat well, feel great, and spend more time living.
