I was listening to Jenna Kutcher interview Tony Robbins yesterday on her podcast and he said so many good things, but one that really made me think was that, as business builders, we need to know what we want and why before the how.
My what is easy, I want more time and financial freedom. My why took a bit more thought. I believe my biggest reason is that since I survived having a tumour wrapped around my optical nerve 5 years ago I have a
new appreciation for life and a new perspective on how short and fragile life really is.
Therefore I decided and committed to living my best life.
They say life doesn’t happen to you, but for you, that everything happens for a reason. I believe I faced that challenge so that I could find the answers to a healthier lifestyle and share my story to help others facing similar challenges. To keep myself accountable to this health and fitness journey and my personal growth, I became a health influencer, a coach. Because let’s face it, once you feel good it’s easy to forget and slip back into old habits. Being a coach has helped me stay focused and on the right track. Now I help others reach their goals and live their best lives too.
That is my why. I don’t want to take life for granted. Having a tumour in your head and surviving is a big deal and I am so grateful. I never want to forget how blessed I am. I want to live life to the fullest. I know I’m not the only woman who has faced challenges or let life choices and habits get the best of them physically and emotionally and I want them to know there’s hope.
If you can relate, to my story, I can help you make the necessary changes to a healthier stronger you so that you can live this beautiful life to the fullest too.
